I don’t know why some people thought being a teacher is all about routine job. Kids are fun to be with and they stories about them never cease to make us all laugh. Like this particular one that happened few days ago.

My colleague Suzie brought her Pra students to my lab wanting me to show some youtube videos on growing mung beans. That’s what they’re going to do next week, teaching the kids about responsibility and the life of plant.

And when everyone was paying attention to the video, a little girl’s voice came and said….

“Cigu… sayur pun makan coklat kah?”

She thought the mud was chocolate! How cute!
Hahahahhahhahahahahha!!!!

So tell me.. what’s so boring about being a teacher?

I first saw it in 康熙来了，when 陈汉典 impersonated Xiao S’s mother 徐媽媽. I thought it’s a DIY bag, a joke to make the character complete but no! Such bag do exist!

I have always always wanted a Birkin but it’s just seem too far and impossible for me to reach it. And now there’s Banane! LOL!

Well.. at least it’s not some “Authentic Replicas” sold in facebook.

It’s even on the same page with some big names in the industry!

I don’t know.. maybe you think it’s unnecessary but I thought it’s really cute and quirky. I’ll settle for a Banane for the time being since Birkin is so so so so out-of-reach. (At least I can trash it without feeling guilty or heartbroken)

There, the seventh month is here. And I will stay at home as much as I can at night. I will only go out with my Muslim friends because their side nada hantu. LOL.

Gentle reminder to everyone, I know Sungkai buffet is worth the money, you’re very hungry after fasting for the whole day… but remember, don’t pile up your plate with food and later chuck it aside because you’re already bored with it or feeling bloated.

Food crisis and water crisis are happening in other countries now and don’t think it’s none of our business. Sooner or later we will all rasa.

My students from Year 1 love giving me their drawings, probably because I really cherish them and stick them up on the board in my lab.. Hence they felt appreciated. Maybe one day I’ll share with you the rest, if you’re interested in princesses and how great and beautiful “teacher noni” is. LMAO!

is my car wiper for 4 years….

I’m sorry but when it comes to car maintenance.. I’ll probably score max 25%. The only thing I do loyally is sending the car for servicing every 5000km.

He came over and helped me pasang the wipers I baru know one..

Mine is 24” and 16”.

And… according to him.. it’s not advisable to lift up your wipers when parking because it might actually caused the hinges to be lose and over time, the wipers might not be intact to your windscreen.

Well.. then again, people lift up their wipers because they’re afraid of the heat causing premature hardening of the wiper rubber. Or, because they don’t want sand or leaves to be trapped and cause scratches when wipers activated.

I don’t know.
But I know I’ll curse when someone kacau-kacau lift my wipers up lah.

Furthermore.. my spanking new wipers have 2 years warranty on the silicon and it’s heatproof. Canggih eh!

Went to Jollibee Tutong for quick lunch last Saturday with Rohana and the students after attending the Inforama Closing Ceremony. Half way through our meal, a staff came over and passed us a “Feedback Book” to fill in.

Being nosy and bored, we flipped through the pages and read the previous entries filled in by other customers. It was really fun to see what was being written.

Most of the suggestions we came across were like…

• Playground for children
• Wifi
• Bigger portion
• Free meals for regular customers (???)

And… what I wrote was “wifi” and… “Maybe Sungkai buffet?”.
Rohana suggested redeem card like those Kokoberry one.

I’m not going to touch the topic on “credit card” because I know what I’m going to say is going to offend like… 80% of the credit card holders. So, you’re having difficulties in paying and suggested Jollibee giving you discount?

That’s like, WOW! So “smart” (and irresponsible) of you huh~

And, if you have increment and maybe during month of receiving bonus, Jollibee should increase the price too lah, since you mentioned “mengikut perjalanan masa sekarang” right?

Today while doing some girly shopping (“window” for me as usual… oh wait, I did bought a fondue set! Yippeee!) and when Suk Chin was asked if she has the membership card for a certain brand… she opened up a small bag and fished out 20 over cards and flipped one by one.

I was like… what the Snuffleupagus !

That’s crazy!

In my wallet, I only have my identity card (I.C.), credit card, ATM cards, calendar and… amulets?

I guess membership / privilege / loyalty / whatsoever card is like shoes for girls, NEVER GET ENOUGH OF IT!

p/s: I have quite a lot of things to blog to be honest. Meeting Eric Leong, silly stuffs I did, car boot sale today.. Nothing on Bridex because apart from the Lorenz potato chips and Mogu Mogu, I didn’t buy anything else.
