I HATE MAS!!!!

 

Ha Ha! You think AirAsia sucks? Think again!
My flight to KL was suppose to depart at 11.25am this morning and we’re already happily sitting in the aircraft waiting to fly off.

Then came the announcement saying that there’s error or something something.

So okay lor. We went back to the terminal to wait.

Bobby and I already super kan cheong because our flight from KL to Ho Chi Minh is scheduled at 5,45pm and we’re so worried that we might miss that flight.

Pray pray pray.

Stupid MAS gave us lunch coupon exchange for a small plate of fried mee and ribena. Wait wait wait..

2pm already. Maybe still got chance.

Wait wait wait.

They said 5pm announce again.

Wait wait wait.

Seeing batches and batches of passengers flew off the terminal.

Wait wait wait.

Confirm no chance already.

Went to MAS sales counter and asked if they compensate us.

Guess what, the guy asked us go to counter 2 or duty manager.

We went there, this female staff named Joyce, super “nice” told us,
“NO WE DON’T COMPENSATE. WE WILL ONLY FLY YOU THERE AND THAT’S IT.”

“BUT BECAUSE OF THIS DELAYED FLIGHT, YOU HAVE WASTE MY TIME AND MONEY! I NEED TO GET NEW TICKETS BECAUSE I CAN’T GET THERE ON TIME! SHOULDN’T YOU GUYS DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!”

“NO. EITHER YOU REFUND AND BUY NEW TICKET OR WAIT FOR THE FLIGHT. WE DON’T COMPENSATE. IF YOU’RE NOT HAPPY WITH THIS, YOU CAN TALK TO MY MANAGER. I AM JUST A SMALL STAFF HERE. I CANNOT DO ANYTHING”

Effing rude!
Damn, I was about to vomit out the words, “HEY! TPOR!!!”, but, we’re not in Brunei.

I already super dulan after hearing what this Joyce said. But Bobby didn’t give up. He went to see the manager.

Guess what, he also had this “Malas ku ingau” attitude, stating that there’s nothing he can do and shoved Bobby away.


NOTE: THEY DIDN’T EVEN APOLOGIZE OKAY!!!!!

 

There, we spent almost RM800 to get a pair of tickets to Ho Chi Minh again and in return, MAS was SOOOOOOOOO GENEROUS by providing us lunch and dinner and.. our flight is scheduled to…

 

11.35PM!!!





Hah. It’s like they don’t even feel sorry for the passengers who have to wait for 12 hours and force to spend extra money. Try lah, if it’s them or their families who kena. See if they so relax or not.

And this really shows the quality of their “customer care” of MAS.
